Ok, we've been bemoaning the lack of water on the peace, it is about a foot over what it was 3 weeks ago! it was a bit more challenging to look for fossils, but fun to paddle ! we have a current!
We dodged the thundershower today, its is wise to keep our eye to the sky, as sometimes there is a limited view of the sky from the river., and in florida, storms pop up all the time. we will post a few pictures later.
for the next peace river run, i think i want to try the nooaches (sp) area, south of arcadia. what ya think
